Educational Background

James earned his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, with a minor in American Studies, from Rutgers University - New Brunswick) in May 2017. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School - Newark in May 2025, where he focused his studies on litigation, advocacy, and trial practice.

Practical Legal Experience

During the 2024-2025 academic year, James participated in the Rutgers Law Child Advocacy Clinic, representing indigent clients under the supervision of licensed attorneys. Through this clinical program, he gained meaningful courtroom experience, handled real-world legal matters, and further developed his commitment to providing  strong, compassionate advocacy for clients navigating complex legal challenges.
